Be totally honest and truthful. A crime conviction on your record could result in the denial of a license

Show proof of successful completion of a 3-semester-unit or 4-quarter-unit college-level course in Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and the successful completion of one additional 3-semester-unit or 4-quarter-unit college-level real estate course.
