  I am a graduate of Porterville High and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I was an Agriculture Teacher/FFA Advisor at several schools including Monache High. I have years of experience as a General Residential/Commercial Building Contractor, and worked for the City of Lindsay as their Construction Specialist.     
  In 2003,I was President of the Orange Belt Board of Realtors and chosen "REALTOR OF THE YEAR". I am a past Director of the California Association of Realtors and voting delegate to the National Association of Realtors.
